Manage Members
The Members section of the Teams page lists everyone in the workspace. From here you can review a member's details, change their roles, and remove people who no longer need access.
Member Status
Each member shows a status badge:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ACTIVE | The member has accepted their invitation and can work in the workspace |
| SUSPENDED | The member's access is currently suspended |
Pending invitations are listed separately with their own status (for example PENDING), and can be revoked from the invitation's detail view.
Finding a Member
- Use the search box to filter the list by name or email.
- Use the filter controls to narrow members by role or status.
Viewing a Member
Click a member's row (or the View action) to open their details — including the groups they belong to and the projects they have access to.
Changing a Member's Role
- Open the member and choose Edit Role (or select Edit Role directly from the members list).
- Update the Workspace Role, the Project Role, or both.
- Click Save.
info
If you change your own role, your permissions update immediately. Other members see their updated access the next time their session refreshes.
Removing a Member
- Select Remove for the member you want to take out of the workspace.
- Confirm the removal.
The member loses access to the workspace and all of its projects. You can always invite them again later.
